02 — Who qualifies

If you have Medicaid and you live in New York City, start with us.

Eligibility is decided by a short screening — not by us guessing, and not by you filling out a stack of forms. Most people are surprised by how much they qualify for.

You're enrolled in New York State Medicaid
You live in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, or Staten Island
Something at home is affecting your health — the food, the housing, the air

Services under this program are temporary — from a one-time delivery to about six months of support — and they sit on top of your regular Medicaid benefits.
